Doom launched earlier this year to rave reviews, but Bethesda isn't done with the game yet. Today they announced a Demo and both free and paid DLC for the game.
First, Bethesda talked about the free updates to Snap Map, Doom's level creator, that will be coming out soon. These updates will also allow players to create single player experiences.
There will also be two new modes added to the game, Exodus and Sector. Bethesda is also including a free-for-all classic deathmatch mode. These two modes will also be free and available on for all players on existing maps.
Unto the Evil, Doom's new multiplayer paid DLC, will be coming soon. This DLC will offer new guns, taunts, armor, and most importantly maps. Offering, Cataclysm, and Ritual will be the new maps. A new enemy called the Harvester will be included in the DLC as well. You can hear all about these announcements below.
Doom's first level will be free next week for you to try on Xbox One, PC, and PS4.
